FACIL Hospitality Dubai and Modon Developments in Cairo join forces to present “The Tower” in Cairo’s New Capital, Egypt.

Facil signs 8th hotel project in Egypt with plans underway to expand further into Africa and Saudi Arabia. Company CEO Julie Shields confirms expansion plans are on track toward 20 new hotel deals by 2024.

Facil Hospitality is an international management company launched in 2011 based in Dubai managing hotels, residences, holiday homes and private real estate portfolios across the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. The future for the company is very exciting with expansion plans underway into the broader Middle East and Africa.

“The Tower” project is located within the New Administrative Capital of Cairo and comprises 150 units, restaurant bar and leisure facilities including pool gym and a wellness spa facility.

Modon Developments has assigned the management rights for the hotel operation of “The Tower” to FACIL Hospitality from Dubai. Modon has many other exciting new projects in the pipeline.

CEO and Founder of FACIL Hospitality Julie Shields, expresses delight at being awarded the management and operations of “The Tower” project and looks forward to working with the progressive and innovative team at Modon Development toward the launch.
