Looking for a Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager of a Premium Food Distribution company in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Have an interest/passion for food and beverages.
• Has a good understanding and network of restaurants, hotels, coffee shops and catering.
• Overall energetic and ambitious person who works to exceed targets not only meet them.
• Focus on outdoor sales across all Emirates focusing on Dubai.
• Visiting all existing customers regularly, building on their current basket size.
• Building new leads.
• Profiling customer base and leads into CRM (Customer Relationship Management)daily.
• Closely monitoring payment cycles.
• Providing monthly and quarterly reports.
• Devising a sales strategy to push all THE products in portfolio.
• Good time management skills, able to prioritise and work well under pressure
• Creative but practical approach to problem solving
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Precise and careful with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities
• Actively seek out new sales onboard accounts and contracting opportunities within the HORECA
and Food Service market
• Good contacts with the HORECA & Food Service sector
• Maintain and develop relations with existing customers in order to increase sales
• Conduct regular meetings and follow schedule of market visits to ensure consistent communication with customers
• Offer solution based proposals to win new customer business
• Ensure monthly and annual targets are met
• Liaise with operations, supply chain and finance department proactively to ensure orders and deliveries are reaching customers on time
• Gather market intelligence with regards to competing products, prices and new product arrivals
• Negotiate and close deals
• Handle customer complaints
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Mid-Level experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate environment
• Flexible working hours as you will be expected to work weekends and some evenings,
depending on the businesses needs
• In the Food service/HORECA sector in the UAE.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the HORECA and Food Service sector
• Fast learner with a passion for sales
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Valid UAE driver’s license
