We are a Fit-out Company based in JAFZA and currently looking for the following positions;



QA/QC Engineer – Interiors / Fit-out (for Project)
Requirements;

Interiors / Fit-out experience is mandatory.
Monitor all quality related activities on the project
Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
Attend client quality management meetings
The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site/procurement manager
Monitor statistical method reporting.
Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project
Involvement where required in Work Inspections, Material Inspections
Work in liaison with Main Contractor to close procedural NCRs issued
Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant
Effective interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well to line management
Being able to work with one or more teams on multiple projects

Requirements;

· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails

· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

· Update calendars and schedule meetings

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & perform other clerical receptionist duties such as letter, filing and photocopying

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Customer service attitude

We are a Fit-out Company based in JAFZA and currently looking for a Planning Engineer with 2-4 years experience:

Requirements;

Joinery and Fit-out experiences are mandatory.
Prepare a detailed schedule of the project, & resource loading
Monitor and prepare the required programme weekly reports by site visits to assess the required data
Monitor the cash flow and manpower histograms
Monitor the Key performance indication reports
Monitor the Materials, shop drawings, & procurement logs
Create the Actual Vs Plan, target, and forecast reports
Create the Look ahead schedules and raise flags for the delayed items
Create the sub-contractors tracking schedules
Monitor and follow up with subcontractors for fabrication, delivery, & installation
Liaise with contract department for the project’s letters
Liaise with the project QS for the monthly payment applications
Liaise with all project’s teams for the weekly updates and AOC
Monitor & update the project Risk Register
Responsible for preparing and developing tender programmes as per requirement
Effective interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well to line management
Being able to work with one or more teams on multiple projects
Must have a UAE driving license and a vehicle
