We awarded a total of AED 3.5 billion on construction contracts to Ginco General Contracting L.L.C to construct 354 villas across Fronds A to D, and United Engineering Construction (UNEC) to deliver 190 villas on Fronds E and F. An important milestone to continue the momentum towards delivering a distinctive coastal living experience.
