Provide regular ‘face to face’ sales calls To Saudi Arabia, Qatar UAE , Kuwait and Bahrain and communication with large scale travel related companies. Organize roadshows & workshops on behalf of our clients in Key cities in the region (Riyadh, Jeddah, Doh

a, Kuwait, Dubai, Abu Dhabi , Bahrain). Organize joint Sales Trip for GM’s of our clients to visit particular market segment in the region ( royal families, government, corporate & travel)

Facilitate for KSA business visit visa endorsement and invitation letter for hotel /client with all necessary travel requirements. Introduce new partners and maintain / expand existing client base

Assist in the planning and implementation of a suitable marketing campaign targeted to GCC market audience. Review production of GCC accounts and implement an action plan to improve the business production and increase the potential revenue opportunities. Organized social activities and assistance with familiarization trips from GCC travel consultants to the individual hotels in Europe, Asia and ME

Highlight hotel destinations and activities available to their valued VIP clients from Royal families, Leisure & Corporates. Organize special amenity for special occasion (clients birthday, anniversary, etc.) Arrange for special travel industry rates and hotel site inspections. Distribute collateral's and brochures for respective hotels in targeted market. Negotiate and contract on behalf of our clients

Assist / es**rt client visits and provide representation at relevant trade shows or travel industry events

Assist with proof reading of website / printed material for Gulf Region. Provide regular reports to include actual/ potential leads, market trends, competitor activity and product feedback

Enhance our clients’ unique selling points to ensure that their products are considered for inclusion within printed and / or web based material
