Shout out to members who have been deprived a of gym facility for physical fitness. Please keep active, go for a 20 min power walk, a weekly hiking trail or swimming. Monitor ur mental wellness too… looking forward to opening up as soon as allowed to continue your fitness journey. Keep safe!!
