We're Hiring | Assistant Manager, Asset Acquisitions, Management and Recoveries
ECAMC is expanding its leadership team. We are seeking an experienced financial services professional for the position of Assistant Manager, Asset Acquisitions, Management and Recoveries — a newly activated senior role within our core revenue-generating department.
The successful candidate will manage a growing multi-AFI, multi-territory non-performing loan portfolio across Eastern Caribbean Currency Union member territories, exercise full managerial authority in the MAAMR's absence, and provide direct supervision of Asset Management Officers.
Who we are looking for:
– Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services, asset management, banking, or a related field
– Demonstrated experience in non-performing loan portfolio management
– Proven supervisory or team leadership capacity
– Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business Administration, Finance, or Law strongly preferred
– Familiarity with the ECCU financial regulatory framework is an asset
This is a fixed-term contract position. Compensation is in Eastern Caribbean Dollars and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Regional travel across ECCU territories is required.
