Nicola Touristic Village is located in the north part of Dhermi beach, by the sea and near the summer residence of the Albanian President . The accommodation is 2km west of the national road Vlore Sarande. The nearest villages are Kondraqe 2.5km north and Dhermi 2.5 km south. The nearest town is Himara, 18km south by the national road. In Himara are located the banks, the harbor, the post office a

Near the accommodation are some restaurant bars and coffee places. Snt Nicola Touristic Village is a recently built complex of wooden cottages near the beach, all with sea view. The cottages are well equipped, with balcony and bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and two single beds for 4 adults. All are equipped with tv and air conditioning. The accommodation has a coffee bar and parking place for all guests. Generally: The complex has: * bar-restaurant. * Private beach (free deckchairs and umbrellas for the tourists). * Secure parking within the complex (free for vacationers).

Kompleksi Turistik Shen Nikolla ndodhet ne anen veriore te plazhit Dhermi, buze detit. Kompleksi eshte ne ane te rruges qe lidhe vilen qeveritare me rrugen nacionale Vlore Sarande, ne distance 2 km larg. Ne distance 2.5 km ne Jug ndodhet qendra e fshatit Dhermi, dhe 2.5 km ne Veri ndodhet fshati Kondraqe. Qyteti me i afert eshte Himara e cila ndodhet 17 km ne Jug pergjat rruges nacionale.
