Hello again friends 🙋‍♂️
As I promised, I will show you (a little bit late 😉) how to make cherry🍒 jam.
As a start, we take 4️⃣ kg of cherries, we remove the stems and pit them. Place cherries in a deep heavy bottom pan 🧉, add sugar (and the juice of 1 lemon 🍋) and stir for 24 hours ⏳. Then, place the pan on medium-high heat 🔥 for 2-3 hours until the liquid thicknes. From time to time we remove the foam. Take the pan of the heat and let the jam cool for some minutes before you pour it into a sterilized jar.

Today I'm going to show you how to keep the cherries 🍒 for the winter. First, you remove their stem, than you cut them in half and pit them. You leave them to dry for 4 days in the sun 🌞. Their stem too should be dried because they will be used to make tea 👌.

Hello 👋,
Today we picked cherries 🍒. These two large boxes were filled by my grandparents and the little one by me.
We will sell most of them (💰100 leks/kg, orders on PM) but we will prepare homemade jam with those on the little box.
hmmm, always delicious ...
