1 bedroom with a king size bed, a large living room with an expandable big sofa (beds for 4 people all together). Perfect for couples, a family or group of friends.
Full sea view with a large balcony, air conditioning, washing machine, everything brand new.
Lift/elevator, parking possibility.
Internet, smart tv and Netflix.

Up at fifth road, rruga Gjergj Araniti, where are the good local markets and excellent coffee bars, the best seafood restaurant very next (and even a vegan restaurant nearby!), also one of the best fast food, a gym and nearby hotel's pool to use on the hot season.

By shortcuts 10 minutes walk to the nearest beaches in downtown.

Price varies on season and time of your stay, on June starting 70€/ night, seasonal prices up from that.

October-May monthly rental possibility from 580€/ month plus water and electricity.
For a long term outseason months: one month pre-payment when reserved plus one month deposit which will be returned if the full lease is done and there won't be any damages in the apartment caused by tenants.
