Our History
Iliria Boutique Hotel is managed by mother daughter Hajrie and Anisa Bardhi. Hajrie Bardhi managed the hotel since the opening in 1996 when Tirana was going through important economic and political changes. At the time our capital had very few hotels and Iliria was booming with guests arriving from all around the world to help establish new business, foreign reporters were travelling to document the big transition, refugees from Kosovo were escaping the war and students were occupying our coffee shop that became their meeting point. With the changes of time, new hotels started opening, Anisa Bardhi decided to peruse a degree in Hotel Management and bring the new hospitality trends to the family business. Mother and daughter are currently working together to bring great service and accommodation for current and future guests keeping the tradition of warm Albanian welcome.
Iliria Boutique Hotel is blessed with a central location but also a quite neighbourhood at night. Our guests can enjoy all the attraction Tirana has to offer without compromising on their sleep. We are only a short walk from the National Park where our guests can enjoy a relaxing stroll, morning run and use its outdoor gym. We also have Coin Shopping Centre, which is famous for its clothing brands or the brand new refurbished stadium for football matches and concerts.
