Why we do what we do. 🤍

None of us set out to run a hospitality company. We set out to stop watching people leave Albania having only seen the version on the brochure.

Because this country doesn't perform for you. It won't dress up or put on a show. It's raw, layered, generous and completely unapologetic about it. The grandmother who insists you eat more. The road that ends at a beach nobody told you about.

The stranger who becomes your driver, your guide and, by the end of the night, your friend.

Once you've felt that, you can't unfeel it. And once we'd felt it, we couldn't not share it.

So we open our homes, we answer the messages ourselves, and we send you where we'd send our own family. That's the whole philosophy. The rest is details.

The best introduction to Tirana costs nothing and takes an afternoon. 🚶

Start in Skanderbeg Square, where the whole city seems to pass through at least once a day. Step into the Et'hem Bey Mosque and look up at frescoes that somehow survived the years when religion was banned.

Climb the Pyramid, a dictator's monument turned into a playground of colour and code. Then walk into the House of Leaves, where the secret police once listened to everyone, and the red light still makes you lower your voice.

Four stops, three regimes, one city that wears all of it in plain sight. You'll leave understanding why Tirana looks the way it does, and why the people here talk the way they do.

Albania in one trip, not one postcard. 🏛️

Ancient stones at Apollonia and Butrint. Ottoman houses stacked up the hill in Berat and Gjirokastër. Lake Shkodra at dusk, the turquoise of the Shala River, the wild peaks of the Alps, and the Riviera waiting at the end of it all. Every day looks completely different from the last.

The difference is the guide. Someone who knows which taverna to stop at outside Berat, which viewpoint the tour buses skip, and how a 2,500 year old city and a communist bunker end up in the same story. You don't plan a thing. You just keep looking out the window.
