Zauroczenie Albanią trwa już u nas kilka lat i zaowocowało kupnem tu nieruchomości. W czasie gdy jesteśmy w Polsce, we Włoszech lub gdzie nas oczy poniosą zapraszamy do wynajmu naszych 2 apartamentów. Apartamenty znajdują się pod tym samym adresem wiec jest to dogodna opcja dla rodzin i grupy przyjaciół, które cenią sobie komfort, swobodę i prywatność ale jednocześnie chcą pozostawać blisko siebie.
Nasze apartamenty nazwaliśmy: NIEBIESKI I ZIELONY.
Apartament Niebieski pomieści 4 osoby. Ma sypialnię oraz duży salon z kuchnią, łazienkę i balkon. Sypialnia posiada łóżko małżeńskie, a w salonie znajduje się wygodna rozkładana sofa dla 2 osób.
Apartament Zielony to wygodne studio dla dwóch osób. Znajdziemy tam łóżko małżeńskie, szafę, kuchnię oraz stół, który może służyć jako miejsce do pracy zdalnej.
Mieszkanie i wszystkie meble są całkowicie nowe, zaś lokalizacja to samo centrum Wlory. Apartamenty posiadają klimatyzację w każdym pokoju, pralkę, SMART TV szybki internet i pełne wyposażenie do krótkiego oraz długiego najmu.
Uwaga! Apartamenty posiadają parking pod blokiem. Szlaban do wjazdu jest na pilota.
Ceny apartamentów zależą od długości pobytu i terminu przyjazdu. Przy dłuższym pobycie możliwość negocjacji ceny. Rezerwacja będzie skuteczna po wpłacie zadatku w wysokości 50% wartości wynajmu.

Siamo una coppia Italo-Polacca che si ama, ma che ama anche viaggiare. Ci siamo innamorati dell'Albania da diversi anni e questo ci ha spinto ad acquistare una proprietà a Valona. Quando siamo in Polonia, in Italia o ovunque ci porti il nostro prossimo viaggio, vi invitiamo ad affittare i nostri due appartamenti.
Gli appartamenti si trovano allo stesso indirizzo, quindi è un'ottima opzione per le famiglie e i gruppi di amici che apprezzano il comfort, la libertà e la privacy, ma che allo stesso tempo vogliono stare vicini gli uni agli altri.
Abbiamo chiamato i nostri 2 appartamenti BLU e VERDE.
L'appartamento BLU può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Dispone di una camera da letto e di un ampio soggiorno con cucina, bagno e balcone. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e il soggiorno ha un comodo divano letto per 2 persone.
L'appartamento VERDE è un confortevole monolocale per due persone. Vi troverete un comodo letto matrimoniale, un armadio, cucina e un tavolo che può essere utilizzato anche come smart working.
L'arredamento e' totalmente nuovo e gli appartamenti si trovano nel pieno centro di Valona (rotonda Pavaresia - sopra il centro commerciale Riviera).
Gli appartamenti dispongono di aria condizionata in ogni stanza, lavatrice, SMART TV, internet ad alta velocità e servizi completi per affitti a breve e lungo termine.
Avrete a disposizione anche il parcheggio delimitato da una sbarra d'ingresso telecomandata.
I prezzi degli appartamenti dipendono dal numero di persone che soggiornano, dalla durata del soggiorno e dalla data di arrivo. Per soggiorni più lunghi, i prezzi possono essere negoziati. La prenotazione sarà effettiva dopo il pagamento di un deposito pari al 50% del valore dell'affitto.

We are a Polish-Italian couple who loves traveling as much as each other.
Our fascination for Albania has been with us for several years and convinced us buying property here. While we are in Poland, Italy or wherever will be our next destination's trip, we invite you to rent our 2 apartments.
The apartments are located at the same address so it is a convenient option for families and groups of friends who value comfort, freedom and privacy but at the same time want to stay close to each other.
We have named our apartments BLUE and GREEN.
The apartment BLUE accommodates up to 4 people. It has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The bedroom has a king size bed, and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.
The apartment GREEN is a spacious studio for two people. There you will find a comfortable king size bed, a closet, kitchen and a table that can be used also as a place for remote work.
The apartment and all the fornitures are branded new. The location is the very center of Vlore (Pavaresia roundabout - over Riviera shopping mall).
The apartments have air conditioning in each room, washing machine, SMART TV, high-speed internet and full equipment for short and long term rental.
Please note that the apartments have also a parking under the block. The barrier to enter is on the remote control.
Prices of the apartments depend on the number of people who live in, the length of stay and the date of arrival. For longer stays, it is possible to negotiate the price. The reservation will be effective after the payment of a deposit of 50% of the rental value.
