Communa Guest House

Communa Guest House "Communa" is a guest house located in the historical center of Gyumri, established in 2022. It has two nice rooms. You can use the yard to make barbecue.

Bigger one-bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and a nice yard. Smaller one-bedroom with bathroom and a terrace. «Կոմմունա» հյուրատունը Գյումրու պատմական կենտրոնում է. 1865 թվականին կառուցված Ղասաբյանների առանձնատան մի մասն է։ Շենքը ներառված է Հայաստանի պատմության եւ մշակույթի անշարժ հուշարձանների պետական ցուցակում։


2019 թվականին մենք՝ Քրիստինան ու Դավիթը, որոշեցինք մայրաքաղաք Երևանից տեղափոխվել Գյու

մրի ու տանը կից հիմնեցինք փոքր հյուրատուն։ Այն կենտրոնում է, բայց՝ հեռու քաղաքային աղմուկից: Հյուրատնից 3 րոպե հեռավորության վրա գլխավոր հրապարակն է, սիրելի թանգարանները՝ Ասլամզյան քույրերի թանգարանը, Գրաֆիկական արվեստի թանգարանը, Շիրազի, Մհեր Մկրտչյանի ու Իսահակյանի տուն թանգարանները։ Տան շրջակայքում կան բազմաթիվ սրճարաններ ու ժամանցի վայրեր։

Տունը նորոգելիս ոչ միայն պահպանել ենք հինը, այլև ավելացրել դետալներ՝ Գյումրու յուրօրինակ ցարական ճարտարապետությունն ընդգծելու համար։ Հյուրատունն ունի երկու սենյակ՝ իր երկու առանձին մուտքերով և զուգարաններով։ Առաջին հարկում մեծ սենյակն է՝ իր այգով և խոհանոցով, իսկ երկրորդում՝ ննջարան, զուգարան և բաց պատշգամբ։ Նախասրահում կա նվագարկիչ և տարբեր ժանրի ձայնապնակներ․ այստեղ կարելի է երեկոյան լավ ժամանակ անցկացնել։ Շուտով նախասրահից մուտք կլինի դեպի գինու մառան։
Ապագայում տան առաջին հարկում ավտոտնակի փոխարեն գործելու է գինետուն։

Communa guest house is in the historical center of Gyumri. Builtin 1865, it was part of Ghasabyan’s private house. The building is officially listed as a cultural heritage of Armenia. In 2019, We, Christina and Davit moved from capital Yerevan to Gyumri, and opened a guesthouse. The house is in the center, yet is far from the urban noises. It is on a walking distance from our favorite museums - the museum of Aslamazyan sisters, the Still museum of contemporary graphic arts, house-museums of Mher Mkrtchyan, Hovhannes Shiraz, Avetiq Isahakyan. Nearby are various cafes and entertainment venues. We have not only preserved the historical layers of the house, but also added items of different periods from the times of Alexandrapol, soviet Lenninakan to modern-day Gyumri. The guesthouse has two separate rooms.
- On the first floor it’s a double room with a private bathroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a yard. The sofa in the living room transforms into a bed comfortable for one adult or two children.
-On the second floor it’s a double room with a private bathroom and balcony. The house has an entrance hall where you can enjoy nice music and have freshly brewed coffee.
