✨ Իսկ դուք սիրո՞ւմ եք հայկական ավանդական փոխինձ...
Ահա մեր ընտանեկան բաղադրատոմսը՝ պարզ ու անչափ համեղ։
200 մլ տաք ջրի մեջ լուծեք 100-150 գ շաքարավազ կամ մեղր, ավելացրեք 50 գ կարագ կամ յուղ։
Ստացված խառնուրդով շաղախեք 500 գ փոխինձն ու ձևավորեք գնդիկներ։
Շատ համեղ է, իսկ հոտը՝ մանկության հիշողություններից… 🍯🌾

✨ Do you like traditional Armenian Pokhindz?
Here’s our simple and delicious recipe from Baleni Guesthouse:
Dissolve 100-150 g sugar or honey and 50 g butter in 200 ml warm water.
Mix it with 500 g roasted wheat flour (pokhindz) and shape into small balls.
A warm, comforting taste — straight from childhood memories… 🍯🌾

🎶 Երեկվանից «Բալենին» լցված է դուդուկի հնչյուններով...
Ֆրանսիացի երաժիշտ, կոմպոզիտոր, սաքսոֆոնահար և կլարնետահար Chauvet-ը՝ հայտնի երաժիշտ Remi-ի որդին, Հայաստան է եկել դուդուկի հանդեպ իր խորը հետաքրքրությունից դրդված։ Այս օրերին նա դուդուկ նվագել է սովորում Գևորգ Դաբաղյանի մոտ. գործիքը ձեռք է բերել Հայաստանում։
“Դուդուկի ձայնը կարծես հոգուց է գալիս. այն յուրահատուկ խաղաղություն է պարգևում",֊ ասում է Թանգին։

🎶 Since yesterday, Baleni has been filled with the soulful sounds of the duduk…
French musician, composer, saxophonist, and clarinetist Tanguy Chauvet, the son of renowned musician Myrdhin Remi, has come to Armenia driven by his deep fascination with this ancient instrument. These days, he is taking duduk lessons with Gevorg Dabaghyan and has even purchased his own instrument here in Armenia.
“The sound of the duduk seems to come from the soul — it brings a unique sense of peace,” says Tanguy.

Այսօր մեր հյուրերն էին երեք երիտասարդ ճանապարհորդներ Չեխիայից 🇨🇿, և օրն առանձնահատուկ էր. Լուկասը նշում էր իր 40-ամյակը 🎉։

Մաղթում ենք նրան նոր բացահայտումներ, երջանկություն և ճանապարհորդական հիանալի փորձառություններ 🌿
