Sphera by Stellar Hotels is looking for a positive and energetic individual with corresponding hard and soft skills for the position of Front Desk Agent.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to work night shifts
• English and Russian language knowledge
• Ability to work full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome guests, check them in and out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s rules
• Take payments from customers
• Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: At least a bachelor's degree
Experience: Working experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Computer literate
• Good interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded
• Team spirit
• Good listening skills and ability to anticipate
• Good presentation and confident speaking skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Stress-resistant
• Strong sense of ethics
