🦴 Why Cartilage Damage Is Hard to Heal
Cartilage is an incredible tissue — it cushions joints and keeps movement smooth. But it has almost no ability to repair itself.
No blood vessels, no nerves, and very slow renewal of its key components mean damage can last for decades. Chondrocytes (cartilage cells) also don’t regenerate easily, making injuries even harder to recover from.
👉 That’s why protecting joint health early with proper training, nutrition, and recovery is essential.
