➡️ We are looking for a Reservation and Sales Manager to join our team.

⏭ Responsibilities
1. Processes reservations and/or modifications by e-mail, telephone, or central reservation systems
2. Answering incoming calls and giving satisfactory replies to customer inquiries
3. Prepares letters of confirmation
4. Communicates reservation information to the front desk
5. Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours
6. Manage all individual sales over the phone or on-site visits
7. Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
8. Participates in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.

▶️ Reports To: Director of Sales and Marketing/General Manager

↪️ Requirements
1. Working experience at a Hotel is a plus
2. Knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must
3.A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent sphere is a plus
5. Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
6. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
