We are heading to the Alps 🏔️ Yoga Retreat Announcement

After visiting Post Bezau | Austria in Austria early this year I am excited to announce our 2027 retreat:

Move. Breathe. Reset
9th - 13th June

Hosted at Hotel Post, home to the iconic Susanne Kaufmann Spa, join me for four nights of yoga, breathwork, Alpine forest walks, sauna rituals, and time at one of the most restorative spas in the mountains. A complimentary Susanne Kaufmann Signature Treatment is included for every guest.

This one is going to be something really special and the first six guests to book receive a complimentary upgrade to the West House Suites.

A place for the art of alpine wellbeing.

In the quiet of the Spa.
In the warmth of the sauna.
In the hands of our therapists and experts.
In the water, the mountains and the changing seasons.
In nourishing cuisine and time spent simply being.
And in the care, dedication and spirit of the people who make POST BEZAU what it is.

For decades, POST BEZAU has been bringing together tradition and a contemporary approach to wellbeing - with a focus on regeneration, movement, conscious nutrition and modern spa culture.

Being named Austria’s Best Wellness Retreat 2026 by the World Spa Awards is a beautiful recognition of this philosophy.

And of the many details, people and moments that bring it to life.

The magic of the Bregenzerwald, in between seasons.
Still green, just a little quieter - slowly making way for cosy days ahead.
