It’s that zirbenschnaps time of year again.
Sourced locally and prepared in-house. In a couple of months the fragrant, ruby colored alcohol will be ready to be bottled up and available in the restaurant or to take home. In the meantime, we’ll be waiting and thinking of this year’s bottle label 🤔

Completed in 2023, our large natural swimming pond, with a length of approx. 40 meters, is spectacularly located. With a view of the Habach Glacier or the historic Weyerturm, it can be reached by our guests via the Franzlweg in just a few minutes’ walk from our terrace.
