Our Story

This aparthotel is located just 10 minutes from the young and dynamic town of Schladming, and is also easily and quickly accessible by bus. Schladming offers summer as well as winter bars and clubs for cosy and exciting evenings, and especially fans of Après Ski can move from the slopes to the famous Hohenhaus Tenne and enjoy. However, in Schladming you will also find culinary possibilities, because there is a wide range of restaurants and cafés. Sports and shopping fans will not miss out either, because everyone can find something in Schladming. Haus itself, however, also has lots to offer, because it is always called one of the most beautiful places in Europe. Above all, it should be mentioned here that great culinary offers are nearby, and everyone in this adorable village gets their money's worth. Furthermore, there is also a small café in Haus, which trumps all year round with delicious pastries and coffee, and is also within walking distance. If you visit us in the summer, you can visit the local swimming pool for free with the help of your summer card. Particularly noteworthy is the nostalgic Schladminger Tauern cable car, which it is located directly behind our house and takes you within 10 minutes near the summit of Hauser Kaibling. Whether for hikes in summer or as a secret tip for skiers in winter - this cable car is definitely worth a visit! This, by the way, is also included in their summer card, as are countless other leisure activities. In our aparthotel itself you will find an extremely homely lounge, which in winter offers a cosy fireplace as well as a large flat-screen Smart TV. If you want to make yourself comfortable there with a hot chocolate in front of an exciting movie, or organize an exciting game evening – we will be happy to serve you! A wellness facility with sauna/sanarium and sunbeds will help you relax after a day of skiing and will be provided free of charge by us. However, the heart of our aparthotel is our bar, where besides locals and guests everyone likes to come for drinks and conversations, and countless Nagelstockrunden!
