Das 2015 eröffnete Open Grill Restaurant „The Saint“, erinnert mehr an ein Mailänder Showroom als an ein traditionelles Restaurant. Im „The Saint“ sind die Tische und Stühle sieben Zentimeter niedriger als in einem gewöhnlichen Restaurant. Etabliert im „Le Meurice Hotel“,

Paris, und als Test in unserem Hause eingeführt. Mit perfekt-aufgedeckten Tischen und feinstem Porzellan, servieren wir im „easy-going“ style die Bio-zertifizierten Porterhouse Steaks sowie frischen Fisch aus dem Atlantic, zubereitet am offenen Grill, mitten im Restaurant. Auserwählte Weine aus aller Welt werden an Tischnähe platziert, damit Sie bei dringendem Bedarf zum selbsteinschenken verleitet sind.
