The Arla Luxury residence can easily accommodate up to 12 people, offering 5 uniquely furnished and en-suite rooms, spacious living and dining areas and several terraces, each presenting a breathtaking alpine view. To round off this truly luxurious experience, a private spa area, a fully equipped party room, and two heated ski rooms await your arrival. Relax in style: The Arla Luxury Home pampers our guests with a private spa zone including, sauna, a steam bath with adjoining rest areas and a multi-use Yoga room. Additionally, access to the “Wellness Oasis”, the extensive and opulent spa zone in the adjacent 5 star Hotel Aurelio, is available free of charge. All Arla Luxury Residence units can be booked separately per your preference and grant our guests the privilege of customizing their experience to fit their needs including unlimited, free access to the spa zone in the adjacent 5 star Hotel Aurelio, a multitude of culinary options in the vicinity, 24-hours concierge service, and support in arranging transfers and/or leisure activities. Naturally, all requests will be handled with the utmost discretion.

Perhaps it’s the mountain air, the endless walking trails, or the way the evenings stay pleasantly cool even after a warm, sunny day.

Located in the heart of the village, Arla Luxury Home offers the perfect base to experience it all. Sleeping up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, the property features two private saunas and steam baths, a gym, as well as terraces and balconies with beautiful views across L**h and the iconic Omeshorn.

Whether you’re setting off on a morning hike, exploring the Arlberg by bike, or simply enjoying a quiet coffee overlooking the village, summer here moves at a different pace.
