That’s how it will be soon: After a lovely day of skiing, crisp mountain air and a day full of adventure, there is nothing better than coming back, snuggling under the duvet and letting the mountains wait until tomorrow.

Because sometimes the best thing about a winter day is simply knowing that the next day is already waiting for you in the morning.

Our junior chef, Tobias, is also our Diplom Sommelier and also international J.S.A. Diplom Sake Sommelier. His awards tell one part of his story. His passion tells the rest:
