We are a small family run holiday home rental based in Mallnitz, Austria.

With over 30 years combined experience of working in the tourism and disability sector within the UK we have now brought our passion out to the Alps as a base for all to enjoy.

The summer weather has definitely arrived with us here in Mallnitz. We're making the most of it and getting the house ready for our summer guests with some grass cutting, window washing and of course treating the wood for whatever the weather throws at it over the next 12 months.

We would like to thank everyone for taking the time to speak with us over the last few days. Now we spend the weekend with our daughter and we will be back at the computer on Monday to follow up with all the wonderful conversations we have had.

We might have seemed to be quiet lately with our social media but we've been busy working hard in the background.

This week we present ourselves to the wider community with our stand at the Integra Trade Fair 2024. We are here in Wels exhibiting until Friday so come and see us at stand C130.

The lights are up and the snow is falling.

Winter is well on its way and we're all starting to get excited for Christmas. It might be a bit early but with 27cm snow predicted for us in the next 24hrs I didn't fancy going up on the ladder after tomorrow to put these up.

Spent the day getting the house ready for our guests arriving. Not a bad view to look at while having a quick coffee in between cleaning ❄️☕🧹

Where we once had grass we now have a garden full of snow, and soon the fence will vanish underneath it. What's even better than the snow down here in the village is the powder Patrick is currently playing in up on the Ankogel ☃️🏂❄️

New and exciting flight information released from Ryan Air this week. From March onwards there will be twice weekly flights from Stansted into Klagenfurt with prices as low as £9.99 🤪. From Klagenfurt it is possible to touch down on the runway and 1.5hrs later be sat in the comfort of our living room, surrounded by 3000m peaks in the Hohe Tauern National Park.
