MEET & EAT

Our evenings, gathered around a campfire..
No one stays still in one spot..
The kids are playing in the garden..
The adults are having a drink or playing a quick game of badminton..
One person sways gently back and forth in the hammock, while another sits on the grass playing with his/her dog..

Meanwhile, Erik flips the pizzas in the oven with his pizza peel bought in our beloved Italy..
And Annemiek tosses the home made pizza dough in the air and catches them..

We drank coffee among the grapevines and olive trees…
We threw stones into the waters of Lake Garda…

But, we’re back home!

B Y E…B Y E…

We had already planned to remove this tree in 2025, as it was growing larger and larger and getting too close to our house.
But on April 15, the time had finally come: the tree was cut down...
-It’s always a shame and bittersweet, but decisions are made with the safety of our guests in mind-

Bonus: even more of the spectacular mountain views from the garden and from the apartments. And the tree stumps? They’ll stay at Mallnbach for a while longer—something about cozy campfires…
