Would you dare? After the Wilderer sauna, it's straight into our fresh-water plunge pool. One quick dip, one big rush, and you feel wide awake again. How long you stay? Entirely up to you. 😌💧

Ein kulinarischer Leuchtturm im Stubaital. 🏆
A culinary beacon in the Stubai Valley. 🏆
That is how the Gault&Millau Guide 2027 describes the Hubertusstube at the Jagdhof and we could not be more honoured by those words. From foie gras with elderflower gel to hamachi with peach vinaigrette and a classic venison with red cabbage and potato dumplings. Alban Pfurtscheller, Mario Döring and their team once again demonstrate what fine dining in Tyrol truly means. Thank you for this wonderful recognition. 🤍

Alles Liebe, Margot. 🥂🌸
