Summer days are packed in Pertisau!

Let‘s get up in the morning, experience breakfast at our terrace 🌅 have a delicious almond croix at our bistro, rush to the lake, bike to one of our favourite huts 🐏 enjoy a biiig Kaiserschmarrn, maybe a round of tennis before coming together and relaxing in our lavish gardens 🌺

And latest when you have your aperitivo at the terrace again, a further summer day is in the books 📚

Everything in full bloom, our big garden to rest yourself, the even bigger mountains calling for adventures and delicious treats in our home… life could not get any better at the moment. ☺️

What do we do when the weather doesn‘t let us experience mountains or the lake? 🌧️

We visit some of our suppliers! Because regional, high quality products are what matters.🌺

Just this week we visited and had been able to get a glimpse of their production. Being specialized on traditional Graukäse and Bergkäse 🧀 they only use hay-fed milk, which is especially healthy and high in quality 😋

PS.: Their manufacture is open for public visits, so get a glimpse of regional production (better be there early as cheese gets made early in the day!)

What do we dream of at night?

Everything that has been going on at our familys‘ home the last weeks 👩‍🌾👨‍🍳

From picking elderflower for our home made sirup, to finally being able to get all our decorations and flower bouquets from our own gardens 🌺

Aaand: hosting Pias‘ Pasta Popup! 🍝
What a weekend it was with delicious heartwarming dishes. Just delicious! Chapeau

Take the chance too visit us with last bookings being available for july and august. Few Suites left 📋

What a start into our little Bistros‘ dinner service career 🤹🏻

Great weather and a lot of friends stopping by, we could not habe wished for more. Delicious plates coming from the kitchen (like burrata with oven roast and confied tomatos 🍅, aubergine with polenta and kalamata-crunch, or olive-oil-pannacotta🍨)
Together with nice drinks and an almost mediterranean atmosphere, we love it 🍊

After two days rest our Bistro will be open from Wed-Sat on the evenings aswell (Kitchen from 17.30-21.00) 🥘
and Sunday fully focus on brunch and schnitzel, for the austrian way of sunday pleasures ⛰️

Dear fans, friends and guests!

We once again have big news for you 🗞️

Starting this week our little bistro (possibly one of the most romantic restaurants in Pertisau 🤫) will be open for dinner aswell ✨

Wednesday to Saturday our kitchen will be open from 17.30 to 21.00 aswell, to serve you comfortable fine bistro dishes for the last supper of your alpine day 🌄

New Bistro opening hours for this summer: Wed-Sat 08.00-22.00 and Sun Brunch 08.00-14.00

There is many things you can do to start the day in Pertisau 🌞

Going for a round of golf with your friends is one of those. is in great conditiom to welcome you from 07.00 in the morning!⛳️
And we would highly recommend an early morning round. No waiting times, no stress from behind. Just beautiful nature and a good time before coming for breakfast at our beautiful terrace, which is open for our houseguests from 08.00 to 11.00 ☕️

PS. Less than 50m from our house to tee no. 1 (some extra minutes of sleep maybe?)🦦

Spring is showing all its sides right now — sunshine by the lake one day, snow in the mountains the next. 🌦️
And when the weather turns cold again, there’s hardly anything better than a proper, comforting meal. 🤍

Time for a little break at our cozy Bistro with honest breakfasts, great coffee, and seasonal dishes made to warm you from the inside 🍲

Starting this week, we’re open again for the summer season:
Wednesday–Sunday | 08:00–16:00 ☕🍴

Wait, it‘s monday?

Also a day to enjoy living by the lake and having nature all around. Just 400 meters from our home, the „fjord“ (as that‘s what the Achensee looks like from above) shines in many different colours.🌼

Come by and we might show you our favourite places. 🦦

When winter softly returns at Easter ❄️✨

The unexpected snowfall brought us to pause here at Haus Leithner — and gifted us something truly special: time together. With the whole family reunited, far from the rush of everyday life and close to nature.

Surrounded by snow-covered forests and quiet moments, we spent the holidays outdoors — like a gentle hike to the Falzthurn Alpe, a place that feels magical in every season, but even more so under a fresh blanket of snow. 🤍

Sometimes, it’s these unexpected moments that stay with us the longest.
