Meet Lena, one of the welcoming faces at the O11 front desk. ✨
Since joining us in 2023 after graduating from tourism school, she has discovered that working at reception means one thing above all: no two days are ever the same. New guests. New stories. New challenges. And, as Lena puts it; „absolutely no chance of getting bored.“
Speaking German, English and Spanish, she makes it easy for guests from all over the world to feel at home from the moment they arrive. And being part of an international, diverse team has quickly made O11 feel like home for her, too.
Because at O11, hospitality is not only about the beautiful details around you. It is about the people who bring them to life.
