A New Menu Arrives at Béla Béla Restaurant

A new menu has arrived at Béla Béla, on the very address where Café Herrenhof once welcomed Vienna's writers and thinkers for decades of conversation over coffee. Today, Steigenberger Icon Herrenhof Vienna invites guests from around the world.

Under the direction of Chef Norbert Zauchinger, the kitchen continues to serve Austrian classics with a modern twist. Familiar favourites remain, such as the Beef Tartare, Grammelknödel, and Herrenhofwürfel. Additionally, we have new seasonal and regional creations worthy of any occasion.

Also new to this menu: the "Trust the Chef" Menu, an invitation to enjoy a surprise menu of either five or eight courses, with an optional w**e pairing.

As always, we continue to work closely with exceptional local suppliers for fresh and high quality ingredients: Mushrooms from Hut & Stiel, Alpine caviar (the finest sturgeon caviar from the Kalkalpen), meat from Wiesbauer, and vegetables from Unfried.
