Standing 220 metres tall, DC Tower 1 will not only be Austria's highest building but also a fascinating new urban landmark. In DC Tower 1, a fifteen-floor four-star-plus hotel encompassing a total floor space of 18,300 m² will be built. Here, leading Spanish hotel operator Sol Meliá will open its next ME by Meliá hotel, one of only five hotels of this brand worldwide. Thanks to its high-end modern

style and elegance, this innovative hotel operator will be a perfect addition to DC Tower 1. The hotel will have 255 rooms, including 102 deluxe rooms, 84 loft suites, 63 urban suites and 6 grand suites. In addition to LCD TV sets as a standard feature, each room will have a WiFi internet connection, an iPod docking station as well as 24 hour room service. Furthermore, the hotel will include several locations for events, every one of which will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
