1950s flowershop turned into a hip and comfortable and stylish holiday rental (Ferienwohnung) next t

Streetview Wien is a former flower shop, which was rebuilt in 2012 and turned into an holiday apartment. It's about 60m2 with a large and bright living room, a cozy bedroom, a bath and 2 entrances. The apartment contains individually styled (from local and international designers) elements from one entry to the other. One example is a former trapdoor which was turned into a sofa or sideboard. It is indeed a matter of concern for Streetview Wien to bring the history to the present and to create innovative housing based on the power of the past. Streetview Wien is located in a very quiet part of the Fasanviertel a neighbourhood of the 3rd district, and it's excellently connected to the City, the airport, Wien Mitte and Central Station. In only 6 minutes the tram takes you to the Vienna State Opera and the historic center. It's perfect location in close proximity to train hubs makes Streetview Wien an excellent basecamp for tours to the surrounding areas of Vienna.

This is the view today from Leopoldsberg across Vienna all the way to the snow-covered Schneeberg, with glorious Easter weather.

Vienna today. Some say it's enough. I say it's romantic.

If you are currently visiting Vienna or a Viennese looking for something special. The illuminated garden of Schloss Schönbrunn might be the best place to go.
