Got a question about event day? We've rounded up some of the most common questions below.

What time should display vehicles be in position?

6:00am.

What time are the trophy presentations?

Approximately 3:30pm.

What time is the Major Auction?

2:00pm.

What time can I remove my vehicle from the street?

Once the event has concluded and the street is clear of patrons, approximately 4:30pm.

Where can I find First Aid?

In front of the Bakery, directly opposite the main stage.

Where can I find an ATM?

NAB and FoodWorks.

Is EFTPOS available?

EFTPOS is available in local businesses and with some vendors. However, we recommend bringing cash to ensure you don't miss out.

Can I bring my dog?

We kindly ask that pets are left at home.

Are there public toilets available?

Yes, public toilets are available throughout the event precinct and will be clearly signed.

Will food and drinks be available?

Absolutely. There will be a fantastic range of food vendors, coffee, snacks and refreshments available throughout the day.

How much does it cost to attend?

Entry is completely free.

What happens if it rains?

The event will proceed unless extreme weather conditions make it unsafe to do so.

Where can I park?

There will be a number of road closures in place throughout Alexandra on event day. However, there will still be plenty of parking available within walking distance of the event precinct. Please follow all signage and directions from traffic management personnel.
