About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join our growing team at ACGM Cleaning & Gardening Maintenance a national provider servicing homes, NDIS clients, commercial properties, and BnB accommodations.

You’ll be responsible for managing job allocations, coordinating cleaners and gardeners, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day scheduling operations

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Allocate and manage daily job schedules via Launch27 / ServiceM8

✅ Coordinate with admin, field teams, and clients on booking changes

✅ Monitor team availability and travel times

✅ Handle last-minute job reassignments or cancellations efficiently

✅ Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication

What We’re Looking For:
