About the Job
The workload and responsibilities will include:
🖱️Answering phones and responding to E-Mails
🖱️Data Entry (Entering products, updating product information, calculating costs and sell prices, managing inventory)
🖱️Administrative support for department managers.
🖱️Producing and displaying shelf tickets for the store.
🖱️Being able to troubleshoot minor I.T. problems
🖱️Working using Microsoft Office and other Cloud Platforms
🖱️Photocopying, scanning and filing.
🖱️Ad hoc Duties
🖱️Available minimum 5 days a week for a 30+ hour working week.

About You
You will have:
👨🏽‍💻A desire to work towards a long-term career in administration within our company.
👩🏼‍💻Proven experience with administrative tasks and duties.
👨🏽‍💻The ability to demonstrate initiative.
👩🏼‍💻Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a team, or autonomously.
👨🏽‍💻Excellent organisation skills and be reliable.
👩🏼‍💻Experience required working with Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable on general cloud platforms.
👨🏽‍💻Good telephone communication skills; and attention to detail.
👩🏼‍💻Admin experience required

You will receive one on one training by our experienced staff to learn our operating systems and procedures.

We are a family business currently with 4 stores. Head office based in Hahndorf. We specialise in women's fashion, footwear and homewares

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
Our dream candidate will find themselves at home in a fast-paced and diverse environment. They will be organised, intuitive, and demonstrate initiative. Beyond this, they will be methodical and accurate, a dynamic worker, and a proud brand ambassador who aligns with our identity and values.

Responsibilities:
Our Ecomm & PA Assistant will be responsible for:
- Engaging in daily with management and customers
- Website maintenance, including merchandising, product uploads, copywriting, and other web optimisations
- Social media support
- Daily picking and packing of stock to fulfil all online & wholesale orders
- Movement and record keeping
- receiving inbound goods into warehouse
- Stock checks and QC
Data entry into inventory management systems
- Supporting in other areas of our small business where required

To be successful for this role, you must have:
- Excellent organisation and administrative ability
- A strong attention to detail, well spoken both in person and on email
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt and help in other areas where required
- Ability to work independently
- A background in fashion is a bonus
