Seeking Casual Cleaner for Lovely Beachfront Townhouse.
Application via phone call only.

Average 3-6 cleans per month.

Seeking experienced, quick and efficient cleaner with an attention for detail. Must have an ABN or willing to get one. Strictly someone or a couple who live close to the area (with in 10-15 minutes drive. Please do not apply if you live further than 15 minutes from Moana 5169) and that have flexibility for short notice bookings if required. Must have a drivers licence and own car.

We have a lovely beachfront holiday rental property in Moana, a 3 bedroom townhouse. We consistently have bookings throughout the year. Over the winter season, 3 - 5 cleans a month and over peak season 4 - 8 cleans a month. Cleans vary between 2 and 4 hours in length depending on how many people stayed and on the condition the property is left after tenants have left. We require someone who is efficient and has high standards. We pride ourselves on the presentation of our home.

Your role would be:
- to do the complete turn around clean
-change beds
-clean surfaces
-vacuum floors
-clean kitchen
-bathroom
-dining etc.
-tidy outside area
-water plants

We provide linen and towels which are set out before each hire. We also have a spa which is emptied, cleaned and refilled at every turn around (don’t worry we will show you how to do this). We also have a garden which requires tidying and maintenance and frequent watering as well as indoor plants. Most of our hirers do leave the place in a good condition, it would be your responsibility to tell us if they do not and if there are any issues. We would show you our standard and teach you any thing you would need to know to maintain a high level of presentations and cleanliness.

We pay $27 per hour.
