National Burger Day on Thursday 28 May deserves something a little less ordinary.

Meet the newest addition to the seasonal menu - our Halloumi Burger (V).

Crispy-fried La Vera halloumi, caramelised beetroot-orange jam, cumin yoghurt, gem lettuce and red onion, all tucked into an 8-seed artisanal sourdough bun, with Beerenberg tomato sauce on the side.

Our new Spinach & Ricotta Gnocchi did exactly that - and with early guest feedback around portion expectations, we’ve refined the serve accordingly.

Herb-panko crumbed chicken cutlets, apple-kohlrabi remoulade, gem lettuce, Jamon Serrano and parmesan mayo.

Porchetta Focaccia (GFO)
Oven-roasted pork belly porchetta, provolone dolce, friarielli broccolini and lemony salsa verde.

Philly Cheese Steak Focaccia (GFO)
Char-grilled wagyu blade slices, caramelised onion cream cheese, provolone dolce, roasted peppers and mild-spiced pickled peppers.

And yes… they travel very well if the lunch break is looking a little rushed. 😉
