A lovely review from Nicole who stayed at the Villa this week.

"Denise's farm stay was ideal! Highly recommend. Lovely rural location, great views, tranquil, touches of home like home made bread, easy driving distance to Normanville beach and the cute township inland of Yankalilla for op shops and bakeries.
The house was more than we imagined, really felt like we were in a Greek villa on a remote island - being able to sit out on the porch and see the ocean, while horses roamed in the adjoining paddock.
Our dog absolutely loved it.
Denise was warm, welcoming, friendly, flexible, quick to communicate and offer suggestions.
Comforts of home also such as netflix, super comfy beds, large shower and powder room area - highly recommend for a relaxing and unique experience while on the Fleurieu Peninsular.

Wishing my guests and friends a wonderful Christmas and New Year. The Villa is all ready for guests, the lavender is amazing this year so I have created a new viewing area near the BBQ. We are fully booked until 19th January but do have some vacancies after that. Still available for the January long weekend as I have just had a cancellation .

Spring is in full force at the Villa, lavender thriving, paddocks green and mum Kangaroo and baby enjoying the Villa tree lot. We are booked out most weekends but do have vacancies mid week if anyone would like a break from suburbia.

I am offering a special for May. 5 days for the cost of 4, eg. $800 for two people for a really good break for relaxation and recharge. Great time to chill, take advantage of a very quiet beach, perfect for taking your four legged kids for runs on the beach. Is a great time of the year down here on the Fleurieu. The new venue, Fleurieu Gin is just around the corner now and of course, the Forktree Brewing is only five minutes away for a fabulous meal while enjoying the sunset over the sea. We have a cancellation for this weekend. Is going to be fantastic beach weather, ten minutes to three great beaches, try out the new Fleurieu Gin Distillery, walkable distance and then of course, the Forktree Brewery is just a couple of km down the road heading to the beach. Or sit and watch the water while enjoying awesome food at Aqua Blue at Normanville Beach.. Take a bread and relax in a peaceful, airconditioned Villa.

We have been super busy during December and January but do have vacancies for February and March if you are looking for a retreat, rewind in a lovely quiet spot. Sit on the verandah and enjoy a wee drink and watch the super sunset or wander just down around the corner to the new Fleurieu Gin distillery, a fantastic new venue with wonderful gins and affordable pizzas, aranchini etc. For a more formal meal we have Forktree Brewery just a couple of kms towards the beach or 5km away in Yankalilla we have Mare Bella pizza and pasta.
