Sunsets at Aldinga Beach is something else 🤌🏼

A Palm Springs–inspired escape, riiiight on the esplanade, with a rooftop terrace that looks out over the coast and the Sellicks Hill ranges.

Hot coffee on the balcony in the morning watching the winter sun come up. A few moments from everything a good getaway needs (pearlaldingabeach, Breeze Cafe & Bar || Est. 2015, A.K.A Billie and SO much more)…And nights spent inside winding down with a McLaren Vale shiraz by the toasty fire.

Winter on the Fleurieu is magical. Trust us.

Some weekends you don’t want to leave the fire.

Grape Escape is made for slow winter mornings; misty vineyard views out the window, the wood fire crackling, coffee in hand while the kids disappear into their own little cubby out the back.

Right on the Shiraz Trail. Cellar doors a few minutes in any direction. A home base that’s just as good for the grown-ups as it is for the little ones.

The Fleurieu in winter is truly something else 🍃✨

Officially: Willunga is Australia’s Best Food + Wine Town. (That’s Australian Traveller’s verdict; not just ours.)

It’s the High Street on a Saturday morning. The hum of the farmers’ market. Long lunches that turn into longer afternoons. Wine country at your doorstep, the coast fifteen minutes down the road.

Annnnd in winter time? It’s something else. Fire places crackling, cosy coffee stores, freshly baked sourdough from the General Store. It doesn’t get much better than this 🤌🏼
