Location: Alice Springs, Northern Territory – just 5km south of the vibrant town centre.

About Us:
Our outback caravan park offers a range of cabin and camping accommodations and is proudly pet-friendly. Nestled in the stunning landscapes of Alice Springs, our park is a welcoming oasis for travellers and a friendly community for our team.

Position Available:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated couple to join our team as Assistant Managers for the season. These roles are hands-on and crucial to ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Role 1: Reception & Cleaning Assistant (35+ hours/week)

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
Manage reservations and inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude
Cleaning of cabins, amenities and common areas
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences

Role 2: Groundskeeper, Maintenance & Cleaning Assistant (20+ hours/week)

Responsibilities:
Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the park grounds
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
Support cleaning duties to ensure facilities are spotless and inviting
Help maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guests

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Practical skills for maintenance and cleaning tasks
Must have your own van for accommodation
Must be physically fit as this is a hands on role
