We have had such positive feedback about last weeks meal deal. It’s really lovely to hear so many people enjoyed our Malaysian chicken satay!

Reheating instructions for this weeks Wednesday meal
Deal.

Preheat oven to 160-180°
Remove lid and cover with foil and place in oven * for around 20 minutes
*use an oven tray under container incase of any overflow and for sturdier handling.

Remove foil* and put back in oven

Cook for a further 10 minutes
Remove and allow to rest.

*halve time for half serves
* remove lime from rice and squeeze a few drops over finished dish.

Roti bread can be reheated 10 seconds per slice in the microwave.

Serve over hot rice and pour remaining sauce over the top with roti bread.

Enjoy!
