Behind every great meal, and memorable visit to Appin Hotel is our legendary team!

First up, we have our wonderful General Manager Bel and our cheerful Head Chef Dean! Whether you're asking a question, or looking for recommendations from the menu, these are the friendly faces helping make Appin Hotel feel like a home away from home🏠

Alongside them are our Assistant Venue Managers Aimee and Andy, and our amazing Supervisors Amanda and Stephanie. Together, they work hard behind the scenes to ensure every guest feels welcomed, and looked after🫂

They're a super sweet bunch who work hard to make every visit a great one, so don't forget to say hello next time you're in! 😊

Meet the King of the Kitchen, Head Chef Dean!👨‍🍳

With more than 35 years of experience in kitchens across Australia and overseas, Chef Dean brings a wealth of culinary expertise and leadership to our team. Throughout his career, he has worked in incredible locations including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Airlie Beach, Cable Beach in Broome, as well as Halifax, Canada, and Glasgow, Scotland.

Chef Dean has returned to the Macarthur region with his family and is excited to be leading the kitchen here in Appin. His menu combines the comfort of classic pub dining with a modern touch, showcasing signature flavours🔥

We're thrilled to have Chef Dean and can't wait for you to experience what he brings to the table.
