Spring is just around the corner and it's the perfect time to get away to regional stays such as Country Carriage Bed & Breakfast.
Follow the Canola Trail as it winds its way through fields of yellow flowering canola contrasting with emerald green cereal crops in the Shires of Temora, Coolamon and Junee.
For birdwatchers the White plumed Honeyeater, Yellow billed Spoonbill, Debra finches, Peregrine Falcon and Olive backed Oriel are some of the birds which guests have photographed here.

Canola is flowering now and it's time to book your accommodation ready to hit the Canola Trail winding its way through the Shires of Temora, Coolamon and Junee.
Our train carriages are sited on our fifth and sixth generation family farm and the paddock fronting the Quandary Road is sown to canola (currently 50% in flower). The image of canola on this post were taken in September 2023.

Photos of some recent changes to the City Circle carriage and the Overlander carriage.
Thank you to David of David Moses Design for making and installing an open wardrobe for an Overlander bedroom, a cupboard and benchtop for the Overlander kitchenette and a shelving unit for the City Circle kitchenette.

An update on the Overlander train carriage which has been refurbished to provide boutique adult accommodation for a solo, two singles or two couples. Changes include the removal of the single bed and this compartment has been turned into a dining compartment for up to four guests.
The large dining table has been removed from the kitchen area and replaced with a breakfast bar and stools.
A third bench-top with cupboards below houses a variety of electrical appliances providing guests with options to self-cater for evening meals if they wish
