Hello to our loyal customers and customers to be! I hope everyone is looking forward to the Christmas period and time spent with family and friends accompanied by some much needed rest and relaxation that I know a lot of you deserve.

Please remember during this time of year costs can be a little higher for business owners and operators, unfortunately these costs do need to be passed on in order for us to be able to maintain our building, staff wages and other essential costs that come with owning and operating a business.

I know for some, navigating their way around our existing website can be a tad tricky, however! We have some exciting new things happening in 2024 and this essential upgrade will be part of the mix, in the meantime our long serving and ever loyal reception manager Sandra and Jude the business owner who also doubles as my mother, are at the end of the phone if you have any questions or queries regarding site facilities and room rates, special requests.

Please remember wherever one may be, during this time of year while a lot people are celebrating with their loved ones, their are a minority of people that are not only under the pump to serve the hospitality industry during such a busy period but they do it while missing out on time with their own loved ones - Its a time of happiness and giving, please be kind to each other but please have emphasis on people that are working hard to make your experience a happy and positive one this festive season, whether that be wait staff, reception staff, housekeeping, toll road workers, airline staff, a minor inconvenience is just that, everyone is human, but there is always someone doing it tougher.

**Phone outage**

We have been and are currently experiencing an extended phone outage, we ARE still trading as normal - During this time any bookings can be made by calling 0468646378

It's been awhile since we last posted, with the uncertainty of Covid response in these troubled times it's hard for any business to keep up with the never ending changes being implemented on us on a seemingly daily basis with no clear end in sight. Please be rest assured all Guests are welcome at our establishment and we do not discriminate against anyone for any reason.

A lot has changed around the place since we last posted some time ago, we have changed the look of many rooms and added smart TV's in every room with free youtube and access to Netflix, Prime, Stan and other movie channels through your own subscriptions. The Wifi has been upgraded to an Orbi Router and 2 Satellites to give the best possible signal something we struggled with in the past due to our location, we are currently working on setting up a new Guestpoint booking system and website to allow us to access the Portal from any location on any device.
We have more features to add as time goes on but for now please join us at our family friendly environment and relax and enjoy yourselves surrounded by our beautiful Gardens and lovely Pool area with 1 fixed bbq and 2 portable bbqs.

Our first Interstate Guest coming in from Qld tonight after Boarder reopens, NSW and VIC will still need to self isolate for 14 days however and unfortunately that can't be here.
