Balmoral Cottage Balmoral Cottage is a Farm Stay located two kilometres east of Armidale in the New England district. It is a one bedroomed cottage with rates $140 per night.

It is currently unavailable for bookings due to a long term tenancy. Set on a small grazing property, Balmoral Cottage is a well equipped, one bedroomed Farm Stay located at "Balmoral" 333 Grafton Rd, Armidale. A generous selection of breakfast food items are included in the nightly rate of $140, which guests are free to prepare themselves. We have a minimum of a two night stay and normally cater for two adults. A camp bed can be supplied for a third guest and set up in the living area if required. Balmoral Cottage is located short drive away from local National Parks featuring major waterfalls, walking tracks and abundant wildlife. It is also only a few minutes away from the city of Armidale with its many attractions including its cathedrals, city parks, quality dining opportunities, historic buildings and the University of New England. Your hosts are Sally and Danny Spillane who have owned the "Balmoral" property since 2002.
