Balmoral Cottage Balmoral Cottage is a Farm Stay located two kilometres east of Armidale in the New England district. It is a one bedroomed cottage with rates $140 per night.

It is currently unavailable for bookings due to a long term tenancy. Set on a small grazing property, Balmoral Cottage is a well equipped, one bedroomed Farm Stay located at "Balmoral" 333 Grafton Rd, Armidale. A generous selection of breakfast food items are included in the nightly rate of $140, which guests are free to prepare themselves. We have a minimum of a two night stay and normally cater

for two adults. A camp bed can be supplied for a third guest and set up in the living area if required. Balmoral Cottage is located short drive away from local National Parks featuring major waterfalls, walking tracks and abundant wildlife. It is also only a few minutes away from the city of Armidale with its many attractions including its cathedrals, city parks, quality dining opportunities, historic buildings and the University of New England. Your hosts are Sally and Danny Spillane who have owned the "Balmoral" property since 2002.

👋🏻 We are Sally and Danny and this is our Farm Stay.

🏡 Set on a property of 45 acres in Armidale, this self-contained, 1 bedroom cottage is perfect for an escape from the city, or if you’re traveling through and need a couple of days of ‘r&r’.

🏡 We have lived on this property for 20 years and in that time have renovated the main house and two cottages (including this one). As well as this, we have created a country garden which is open for you to explore.

🏡 When you visit Balmoral you will experience a relaxing country retreat with a warm welcome, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
