Take to the seas from June to September to do some whale watching or, if you prefer on-the-ground adventure, head to Augusta’s famous Jewel, Lake, Moondyne & Mammoth caves to see some of the longest stalactites found in any tourist cave in the world. If you have the luxury of time – try making your trip down to Augusta by walking the scenic Cape to Cape track and, for the action seekers, try your hand at Augusta’s Adventure Fest or the Cape to Cape Mountain Bike event.
