These school holidays, why not stay a few nights, and explore Avenel and surrounds?

Avenel is a wonderful base for a relaxed country getaway. Wander the local heritage trail, discover our Ned Kelly history, check out our glorious antiques store, or the Avenel Maze, visit nearby w**eries and cellar doors, or head to Nagambie for a walk by the lake.

Take a scenic drive through the Strathbogie Ranges, spend a few hours exploring Euroa and Violet Town, or plan your stay around the Avenel Market on the second Sunday of the month.

Then come back, enjoy a beautiful dinner with us, a glass of w**e, and a comfortable room for the night.

What're you doing for Christmas Lunch (it is just 4 months away after all!)? Come and join us in the Pavillion at Harvest Home and let us take care of the cleaning!
This year we're opening for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Lunch, because we know how hard it is to organise the whole family, especially when there's multiple sides of the family to visit!
Start with your choice of entree, then enjoy a selection of meats and delicious roast veg, and end with a buffet of dessert and fresh fruit and cream!
