If you love being out and about, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — keep reading 👇

✨ What your days might look like:

- Setting up new holiday homes — keys, lockboxes, supplies & property prep
- Completing security checks and inventory drop-offs
- Assisting with photoshoots, onboarding inspections & property ready reports
- Helping guests when they’re locked out or need a quick on-site fix
- Troubleshooting the little things — TV, WiFi, bins, amenities and more
- Offboarding inspections and keeping our homes looking their best
- Verifying guest concerns when refunds or compensation are requested

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone practical, organised and solutions-focused who enjoys variety and working as part of a supportive local team.

🕒 Casual role | Monday – Friday
⏰ Approx. 10am – 2pm (school-hour friendly)
📍 Central Coast based
🚗 Reliable vehicle required
🤝 Real estate / property experience helpful but attitude matters most
