The farm backs onto the Mt Alfred State Forest and is close to the beautiful Mitchell River National park. There is plenty of space on a large, grassy, flat area for camping and floats and there is a shelter on site for inclement weather.
There is a large paddock available with fresh water for horses which can be sectioned off into smaller areas.
The farm and surrounding bush is an Owl habitat and the property has an amazing abundance of bird life.. Mt Alfred is a fantastic forest with many great tracks to explore on Horse back or on foot. Horses and dogs are welcome.
We have a fire pit for you to light a campfire.
There is a drop toilet.
There is an experienced guide to take you out for 1 hour or a day long ride.
It is just 25 minutes from Bairnsdale and the Gippsland lakes where you can explore the beautiful beaches and walking tracks.
There are shops available for basic supplies within 10 minutes.
