This crew are our faves; they’ve been coming to the Balingup Medieval Carnivale and been our Jalbrook Estate guests for 15+ years and been one of the main attractions. A great professional team who are dedicated to their sport - literally putting their bodies on the line! Thankfully no major injuries to report this year. Stunning weather, community cohesion and super polite patrons. Despite waiting in long lines (Optus outage) everyone I met at the ticket booth were good humoured and polite - how refreshing! Today’s task was to reinstate the underground well filter broken clasp thingo on the housing dooda (technical terms 🤷🏻‍♀️)which required a bit of digging, mucky hands, jiggery pokery and special words 😇. Learning new skills every day! Water now restored to our toilet block hoorah.
